Our school is an International Baccalaureate institution designed for Chinese students, and provides collaborative curriculum development, teaching methods, and university counseling. Situated near Kuncheng Lake on a 120-acre campus, our school primarily focuses on the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). It offers a diverse learning experience across three faculties: Business, Liberal Arts, and 21st Century China, with the goal of nurturing lifelong learners with a strong emphasis on China.

● Flexibility in adopting best teaching practices and a willingness to collaborate effectively with others
● Effectively organize and teach assigned classes, including subjects outlined in the IBDP curriculum as well as other core IB disciplines, such as Theory of Knowledge
● Thoroughly prepare for lessons and create detailed lesson plans, as well as set and grade examinations and test papers as needed, while supervising extended essays related to the subject
● Set and grade students’ work accurately and promptly, providing additional guidance and assignments tailored to their individual needs
● Grade and correct students’ work accurately and promptly, offering guidance as needed to support their learning
● Provide students with constructive and precise feedback
● Prepare student reports and comments as required, ensuring submission within the designated deadlines
● Diligently implement the scheme of work outlined by the Head of Department
